AngelSense is committed to the mission of making an impact and improving the lives of special needs children and their families. We are looking for a customer service representative to support our subscribers in the US. Start date is immediate. Responsibilities include the entire life cycle of a customer: - Answering questions of prospects and signing up new customers - Online training of new customers - Answering online and over the phone questions from customers and resolving technical issues Key requirements are: - US-English mother tongue - Available for 4-8 hours from 4pm – midnight (9am – 5pm ET). 8 hours is highly preferred. - Service oriented with great interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal. English should be mother tongue. - Basic technical skills, comfortable supporting a product that is based on a GPS device the child carries and smartphones/tablet/pc for the parent application - Knowledge of the special needs world is an advantage
