Mantis Vision [A start-up] is looking for a PMO to support the R&D project management processes (including but not limited to) schedule management, risk management, issue and action item management, material orders management and cost management.

The company develops cutting edge technology in the area of 3D scanning and 3D video, with applications both in the professional and the mobile devices consumer markets.
The candidate we're looking for is 3rd or 4th year student, passionate about project management and planning a great team player. The PMO will work closely with R&D team leaders, project managers and VP R&D to prepare and update R&D projects plans and track issues.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare together with team leaders, project managers and VP R&D projects and products development plans, risk management, issue management, schedule management, and other project management disciplines.
• Serve as Change Request Coordinator and process, track, and report status of Change Requests in accordance with the Change Management Plan/Process
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on project activities and status for various stakeholders
• Participate in PMO project and portfolio reviews with a lens of improving processes (health monitoring, risk management, schedule/milestones management, etc.)
• Document meetings and coordinate status reports and approvals on deliverable

Required
• 3rd or 4th year industrial engineering student
• Planning knowledge
• Project lifecycle knowledge about —feasibility, initiation, planning, execution, and closure
• Formal training in Project management methodology, Project workshop facilitation and Project estimation
• Proficiency with project management tools - MS Project
• Proficiency with office tools: word, excel, power point
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
