• Manage pre and post sale activities. • Provide customers with product technical support. • Train customers and resellers on use, setup and configuration of the system. • Provide helpdesk support, throughout shifts
Skill Requirements
• B.Sc. / BA degree in computer science / software engineering or MCSE or similar. • Good understanding of IP networks at an administration and basic design level. • Strong communication skills verbally and writing. • Capability to solve complex problems associated with Windows environments. • Willingness to work in different time zones, and extensive hours • Willingness to work in night shifts • Willingness to travel aboard • Familiarity with common network based video management, recording, IP camera systems, security or video analytics – preferred. • Strong knowledge of the Video surveillance and security industry from a technical perspective – strong advantage. • English at Mother language level (Reading, Writing, Oral) – Must
