Experience/skills Required (including Education level) • Native English (or equivalent verbal and written) - must have excellent written and spoken English • Customer orientation and communication skills - needs to be equally comfortable whether communicating by email, chat or by phone • Good interpersonal skills - outgoing personality • Technical trouble-shooting ability • Minimum one year experience in customer service via telephone and web [advantage] • Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, [MAC - advantage] • Familiarity with web site building [HTML, JavaScript - advantage] • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to multitask.
